10,000 proxies = 10,000 views? Can that work?

Lets say I got 10,000 working proxies created a bot to load them up and refreshed the page of the video 10,000 times would this Work?

Maybe there is more to it?

FYI, IPs doesn't play that big of a role. And YouTube got good proxy detection

as long as youtube does not figure out that a proxy is being used i dont think there would be any problem !
