Agree, not very reassuring.
Like i said maybe the Dev should pop in and give his side of the story...
(Wow, looks like the Mods over at WFire don't take no @#$$ from scammers, i know of a few Forums who could do a better job protecting members)

First off, thanks for the overwhelming support! I haven't been able to come post here due to the massive response from customers, we almost sold out!
Regarding bugs/issues, I respond the fastest through email:
FAQ's to answer some of the questions here.
Why does the Avg. Links count appear to be inaccurate?
We use the median value instead of the actual average, so if the #1-#10 have 100+ backlinks, but #3 has 0 backlinks. It might show Avg. links as 0.
This is more accurate because it shows opportunity, a website ranking #3 with 0 backlinks means anybody can rank for that keyword and the other websites that are ranking right now are just ranking because Google couldn't find better sites.

Why is the Difficulty level showed appears to be higher than other tools?
We give you the Difficulty level to break into the Top 3 where you will get traffic. Other tools give you the Difficulty to rank Top 10 and we all know ranking #9 or #10 won't get you any traffic.

Thanks for explaining all that. Maybe you should add Help or FAQ into the program to reduce amount of emails and PMs you will be getting asking this...

My review so far about Ultimate Niche Finder:
This app is really easy to use, and works like a charm! I love the simplicity but functionality. After more than 5 hours of use, I can't find any problem, and got a few good niches. This app is really fast, and lightweight.
Here is my suggestion:
- I don't like the idea of filter true or false for domains. I wish a option that I can select the TLD domains (.com, .net, .org, .info) and filter if the keyword have any of them available.
- I don't like to disable filter manual on each project. There should be a button where we can "disable all filters".
- When you try to analyze a keyword without proxy the app make a advert, that is OK. but should have any option to turn off that advert.
- Will be very good if the application can scrape for random keywords ideas on any website, and try to scrape keyword from it.
The bad:
- The trial have a limitation of 10k keywords, and said that the full version have a keyword limit of 30k. (The amount of keywords is before apply filters). I like to work with a lot of keywords. Maybe for others this is not a problem.

I've responded to almost everybody through email above except for ccshack.
Here's a workaround,
1. Enable all filters for com/net/org/info and select False for all.
2. Select all keywords -> Delete.
3. Disable all filters and you'll have keywords that have either com/net/org/info available.
So the only bad part is I'm trying to make you pay for an awesome software? I guess I can live with that.
There's a workaround though, delete keywords that you know you won't use and keep doing it.
p/s: I'll make buying directly without trial an option soon.

We'll look into this, at the moment Project -> New Project will remove all filters. (this was just implemented two hours ago)

Im using the trial now and ive registered 2 domains already! It works really well and goes much deeper than other tools, also its really quick.
There are a few things that i feel it could do with and hopefully the dev will see this and let us know if he plans to include them at some point:
