You need to make buffer sites (high PR web2.0 sites and articles) and blast them with comments + profiles.

Make it look natural. Don't just suddenly build thousands of backlinks in a day and not do any for the rest of the month.

Also, vary the type of links used.

As has been discussed, my number 1 tip is to make sure you're not blasting directly to your money site. It couldn't hurt to buy high PR links to link to your money site.

Why blast links that already have high PR to begin with?

This is what I don't understand. You never hear of anyone being successful at sandboxing competitors. But then you do the same to your own site and you end up getting sandboxed.

I might open a case study on this to see if it really can work.

sorry to bump this but I want to ask a question from the experts. Is there any way to get out of being sandboxed?

the few times i've been sandboxed I've have always found that doing some social bookmarks, pinging them, then waiting a few days has always gotten me out of it.

This use to work (for me) I don't know now with Google's updates.
