I got an email about it this morning and spent the last 3 hours trying to research more on the Elite version vs. TBS/SpinChimp. After those 3 hours, I'm still not ready to pull the trigger. My hangup is that Chief is (finally) getting an interface update to their fugly UI scheduled for sometime after the new year, but it won't be completely free even if you pick up this xmas special. Apparently it will be a "cheap" upgrade vs. buying the new version outright though.
