How Should I choose Forum Moderators

Hello,
I own a Internet Marketing& Seo forum.
Now I have a doubt.

How should I choose moderators for my forum?
What are the allowances for Moderators?
Is it good to allow moderators to review a product/service before approval as in bhw?

It is new and has around 200 visits a day and is growing very well.

Yeah definately Reviewing any service before starting is good idea and makes Forum clean from scammers etc .

Yeah,I trust BHW members than any other. I will invite few from here.At the moment I am working with my seo to bring in more search engine traffic and populating content.I know without content it will take years to make it popular.Thanks
