I don't feel comfortable with scamming people, so after having fake movie site i now decided to place embed code of movie from major movie host site on my own, so people can actually watch movie after completing the cpa offer.
so, is this illegal? since i don't actually have file on my server, only iframed code?

It is good to stop scamming people. I make 10K to 15K a month doing something completely legitimate and I just started in January of 2011. It is possible. Scamming people will catch up to you ... and to those of you who think it won't, then you just haven't done it long enough. Stop while you are ahead.

If you do it long enough and high-profile enough, then you have enough money for good lawyers. :naughty:

well i don't have money for lawyers, barely have for debts... taking care of movie site is not really a business i'd like to do for a long time, but being in situation as i am, i'd sell a kidney, if not both for money atm...
and yeah, i'm struggling to make any decent income from IM, but even though it's easier to sell scam to people i'm not really into that much..
so, all i'd like to know is can i expect to be shut down if wrong person see my website?

While that may be true, I know I don't even like to return something to the store because I hate to deal with people so much. I can't even imagine what a headache something like that would be.

Also, I actually have morals and would not trade my integrity for money ... ever.

I am. I make plenty of money for my family to live comfortably and I know it is very possible to do this way. I would never impose my value system on other people, but I know it works for me.

Realistically, the odds are very low that you will be shut down, like 1 in 1000 I would say. Just do research on some of the other well known movie sites, and find out where they are hosted and host your site with them too. And I dont think it is "scamming" people to run a fake movie site. Just make sure its free offers so all they waste is their time. I have moral issues too sometimes, but running a fake or even a legit streaming movie site just doesn't make me feel immoral. Its all part of the "game". Some people will get SO frustrated, they will end up just stopping with streaming and pay for their movies, so you actually could help the movie industry!

Maybe you can just post the link to the movie, just imbed the link, so when they click play it goes back to the main movie site. Otherwise it's not legal, but I wouldn't worry, it's just like having someone over to watch a Netflix or Redbox movie only they are coming to your homepage on your website not your home.

I think this is the direction that you need to go in. Great advice!

Some people will get SO frustrated, they will end up just stopping with streaming and pay for their movies, so you actually could help the movie industry!

maybe movie studios should thank me for placing their movies on content locked site they should know i do that for them
