Hi, UTF-8 support is coming in the next version (due to be released right after New Year). However, if you purchase the software now, you get free updates - and the software is on sale right now.

When will uberBlogCreator support other email account types, e.g. CPanel POP, hotmail, yahoo, etc.?

Probably never. GMail contains some features that makes uberBlogCreator be able to turn one GMail address into many.
