Anyone know of a good bulk email server

I was using godaddy with 250 relays per domain name. With 100 domain names I was able to send up to 25,000 emails per day for free...godaddy didn't like that and closed that account. Apparently godaddy didn't actually like there own rule...

Anyone know of an email server allowing 25-100k emails per day without shutting an account down?

I do bulk vps emailing for $50 a month and $20 setup fee. With one IP you should be sending a max of 400 emails an hour, if anyone says more then 400 they dont know anything about emailing. Send me a pm if you're interested.

It's not 400 per hour. It's your host that's limiting that. It goes off of many factors such as the CPU and RAM of the server the VPS is on and whats allocated to the VPS, along with how many IP's are on the server, how many emails your sending, the bounce rate along with what your mailing. I've had VPS's in the past with 4 Gigs of RAM, quad core processor and a decent upstream, got out over 1,000 per hour steadily. The inbox rate wasn't the best, so I switched to a Dedicated server, the inbox rate went up quite a bit and in-turn made more sales/conversions.

Don't use shared hosting for mailing.
Don't use a VPS.

Get a dedicated server. As long as your 100% can-spam compliant 99% of hosting companies will be okay with bulk mailing on their servers.


So if you can afford it, go for a dedicated server, they can run about $200 for a "starting" server.
But they can be as low as $75 for a low-end server.

If you know exactly what your doing, mailing to a good fresh list or one that you have gathered yourself via your own opt-in forms, then you can easily get out over 400+ per hour.
 
I have 4 VPS's sending 1600 an hour on 4 IPs and i know im paying 10 times less then you are for a dedicated server. If one of my server goes down or fails the other 3 are still going strong. Paying for your own dedicated box is a bit much for someone just getting in the game of emailing. 400 an hour per IP IS best practice so each email provider doesnt hit any limits for receiving emails from one IP. As far as host or cpu limitations, its not a factor with a good vps provider. I could send 2000 an hour if i wanted to ruin my inbox rating. I understand buying a dedicated server would be great for OP but im sure its out of the depth of someone just starting... You might as well just told him to invest in his own data center and full time staff.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions for hosting companies. I must somehow be stuck finding only the 1% who isn't. Can-spam doesn't require double opt-in etc, but the hosting companies I find doo. Even if they sometimes forget to write that in their TOS...
 
If you are sending out 400 emails per IP, that is pushing it. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL all have a hourly receiving limit such as "100" for example. If you exceed these limits per hour, you will not only get blacklisted but you will be ending up in spam as well. I get 95% inboxing because I keep it at less than 200 emails per hour under 20 servers.

I have 20 VPS's I use for mailing and I also use a popular company as a backup if anything happens to my VPS's. No, I am not going to reveal who I use since I don't need them to be abused.

If you are doing whitehat, get a server from Burst.net and take it from there. If you are doing BH, well, can't really help you.
 
Any having problems you need a great bulletproof hosting provider to do this shit without issues. I have some great guys who have servers for your needs and you can spam as much shit as you want as long as not kids in pr0n shit.

I totally agree :) ONE VPS to send 25k-100k daily is almost impossible this days

There's lots of ways. It depends on what you're doing/selling and what it earns/is worth. I could do this for a fee - what's it worth ?
