Urgent!!! Need help for FB PPC

Coming straight to point, we have general assembly elections in Punjab in Feb 2012, i.e. 2 months from now.
The candidate from my constituency has contacted me for online campaigning. That'd include FB mainly or maybe bit of orkut. I have to go and meet him in one hour.
The problem is that my area of expertise is adwords and I can handle the orkut part, I know about FB PPC but I am not expert in it. Any suggestions on how can I pitch him?
I don't want to lose this deal, reason being, if he wins...its gonna open a goldmine for me.

Please reply fast as I dont have much time left.
