Creating EMD/Micro-Niche/Sniper sites for "[Retailer] coupon code" terms? GET IN HERE!

I have my own coupon code site that has 50,000+ coupon codes for over 3500 retailers. I'm seeing more and more EMD sites ranking well for the key phrases my team is targeting. Sad thing is, alot of these sites are monetizing via Adsense, instead of actually offering coupon codes for the terms they are ranking for. I understand the problem, these coupon codes need to be updated daily.

thats the quickest way to get a C&D from a company for trademark infringement.

What you can do, is show proof that a domain registered from internet.bs will not cave in to that c&d letter.

Or the other way the retailer will want to screw you is to go the affiliate network that their signed with(ex. CJ) and tell them kick out this particular affiliate from the program.

I haven't heard of any companies bothering to send out C&D to a MFA type of site that is ranking only for a coupon code related term. Some merchants don't accept coupon sites into their programs. We don't promote those merchants and we promote their competitors instead.

Our solution allows website owners to start making affiliate commissions instead of Adsense clicks on their sites that are ranking well.

We of course are interested in working with general websites who are looking to promoting niche specific coupon codes to their visitors.
