@Facebookdude I'm not sure why you are not responding. If you are facing any problem in delivering the service, you should update here. You can't simply ignore us! My business is getting affected because of the delay. I will wait for another 24 hrs for your response and proceed with next course of action.

As some of you know my sister has been sick lately and I have been travelling back and forth between countries to see her. As a result I have had very bad customer service over the past few weeks. I was hoping to rest the next few days and complete al unfinished orders. There were only a couple of them but they were all delayed. As my past clients would note, this is not like me. I usually have all orders completed in days or else my sales thread would not have lasted this long.
Today I just got a phone call and the doctors have said that there is a high chance she has meningitis. I will have to go to Australia and stay with her, so I will be able to complete all orders in 5 days time.
I could not be more sorry about the inconvenience I have caused especially around Christmas time. I hope you can accept my apology and believe that I will complete the orders.

It's almost more than a month still my order is not completed. Just a banner and a logo! I DON'T want to hear any more excuses from your side. I'm giving you 24 hrs time to refund the money. If I don' get the refund, I will raise a PayPal dispute sorry!!

Facebookdude, you there? I was going to order up a logo, but it looks like you still have guys from last month trying to contact you about work that needs to be completed. Are you taking in new work, and if so, what would the turnaround be for a logo, and maybe a banner or two?
