You sure can. You ordered 7 days ago with a 14 day drip feed. Turn around time currently is 1 - 5 days + drip, so the lated you will get your report is in 16 days, so as far as I can remember from your order it should be in 14.
I will be answering all those calls for Freebies within the next couple of hours. I was travelling yesterday and today so I need to get an overview first.

I am sorry but I do not keep records of whose customer's keywords are EU or US. I would not even disclose that anyway if I had. Its totally up to the customer what he lets everyone know and what not and as far as I can remember noone ever posted specifically that his keyword was a EU one, though there have been many.
We do not give out any further freebies. The last one has been claimed and that's it. Future discounts will be announced when the time comes if there will be any, I have not planned anything specific as of right now though. Splitting of PR is kind of random except there are no PR5s in the 25 Post Zeal Package.
