about youtube videos

i just want to ask what is the best way to promote my videos on youtube like most of people who earns a lot in Sharecash, Fileice and other content lockers..

because i saw some vid w/c are new and got only less than 500 views but they take the number 5 spot of the search results.. when i try searching mine using the tags i used it does not appear even on the first ten pages..

please help me i chose to focus on sites like bee4.biz but i dont get single cent out of my video

if anyone here got a sharecash or other similar sites im willing to register under you. just guide me to the basics after that im on my own.. earning $10/day is my ultimate goal..

for your videos to rank well you need views and to put your keywords of choice in the title,description and tags

Are you ripping other people's videos? Youtube can detect ripped videos and can refuse to index them. If you have ripped videos, and you are getting almost zero natural views, then it is the reason. Try to make videos unique by adding a watermark, changing the pitch/pixel etc. For basics, Windows Movie Maker works fine.
