I have a following feature suggestion and I am not sure if that's a possibilty

Could you please allow to input, "usernames to remove" from usernames harvested at Account Harvester section? This way we do not spam users with same message. ?

Pro: The software is great and I can see you guys are providing great updates. The potential to make money is really good. To check out the potential I send only 20 messages and I received two sales which is great conversion. Great software !!!

Cons: The customer service is not that good and I can see that people are asking for refund here as they are left unanswered. You guys may be busy in updating software and answering other buyers but we would love to have reply from you guys within 24 hours or in urgent cases within couple of hours. Buyers will ask questions at forums threads and through PM, skype or emails and they expect to receive replies. I request you to develop better system for customer service or hire people to provide customer service if you guys are busy.

Hope my review does not offend you. It is just my honest review which help you to increase business.

In my defense, I added you on my personal Skype and even politely told you to give me a few moments as I had 45 convos going on. Sorry, maybe I need a RAM upgrade ;p

Only thing that's causing bans is abuse of the mailer, That's why we've added proxy support, delay timeouts, and many other features to ensure maximum longevity when using the Mailer, while we ofcourse don't suggest using it from your primary accounts

When I am using the mailer function, more than half the users are getting 'this user cannot be contacted directly' error. This happens because they have not been rated yet. That is because they are just buyers.

I have used s4antos's Fiverr bot before it had the login problem to send messages to users who have not been rated. It sent messages to all regardless they have been rated or not.

Can you check it's source code and make necessary changes in Gigsterrbot so that this can also send messages to those who are not rated too? That way Gigsterrbot can send messages to all and this error of 'user cannot be contacted directly' can be avoided.

Please implement this since Fiverr users who just buy are gold.

Yea I was wondering how was that fiverr mailer bot made so that it can send messages to anyone regardless of whether he/she is just buyer or both buyer and seller - if you could check how he did it and try to implement it in gigsterbot, that would be awesome!!!

The only reason I bought gigsterbot is that s4antos's can't login any more - it's awesome so far (I haven't tested out everything yet), but as you said, contacting just buyers is a dream come true!

Also if possible make it such that users that are not rated can be separated. That way we can get a list of just buyers. The reason is Fiverr users who are sellers probably know lot of tactics like using Gigsterrbot for instance and are likely to report you.

But buyers are more likely to buy from you since they are less likely to know the method we used to send them messages.

Quick update on the dev process everybody.

Working on the next build right now, however this might take me a little longer to complete (probably will not be done until tmr (21/12/11), however I'm trying my best to push it today).

Mailer:
With the mailer, I've removed Fiverr's limitations all together (except for the 20 messages/day limit, but you can always create new accounts). I've also reworked some masking procedures to ensure greater randomization => greater account security.

Just a quick tip for anyone waiting for activation, I've added eransacked on Skype, there's his skype ID listed if you check his BHW profile, so add him there and annoy him until he activates you
I got myself activated in less than 30 minutes, compared to what I see going on here in this topic.
He DID tell me he was quite busy, but well, if you keep popping up on his Skype he's got to notice you

Could you make gigsterrbot also work with this site ?

Also there are many fiverr copysites, are there any plans to implement them ?

My suggestion would be to make it as an addon and sell the addons for like 20$ or so (15$ for bhw ).

Its like an upsell for you = more cash
