Yes, you install wordpress on your domain and we start from there. If you have difficulties we can even do that for you.

Hello, currently we don't provide keywords because you can even use higher competition keyword and rank for it. We don't provide niches because it's hard to offer EMD with >10 000 searches. For example our sample site that we are showing is 50 000 US local searches on 1st page.
