I had a Clickbooth account before, but haven't used for long long time. I tried to join and found out it was inactive. Can I get it back?

I plan to use PPV for cpa offers. Do you think these networks have good offers for PPV traffic?

IMHO Adscend is way better than CPA Lead / Leadbolt

If given a choice i will still stick with Adscend

Yeah Clickbooth is one of oldest but they are idiots. Sometimes they respond, sometimes not. And website script sucks too bad. Can't believe how they have this office

EWA and CPATANK are by FAR the best out there. They're harder to get into than peerfly,neverblue,etc and for a reason.

I'm currently earning the most with adscend. Only problem is the net-30 payment.

When you list CPA networks, please state their payment terms as well. This will help a lot.

My application to sign up "Adscedmedia" as a publisher was recently rejected, their reason was and I quote "We typically deny applications when there isn't enough information provided about your marketing methods, or if we feel that your website or methods aren't in line with our current goals".

Any suggestion how to improve my chance of getting approved with them? And CPA sites in general?
