Anyone ever recieve a C&D?

I was wondering for all those working with YouTube any of you ever get a C&D or know of someone who got a C&D?

If so what did you do to get that C&D? eg: exploit a bug, mass video uploading etc. and what did you do after getting the C&D?

So Jimmy it is possible to get a C&D from Youtube? How much of whatever you were doing caused you to receive a C&D? Was it affecting a product negatively, or causing a huge annoyance to users?

Also let me rephrase my main question.

I had a site selling a kind of item but the small size of it. (affiliate)
I had the word "mini" + the item name in the domain.
I have been emails by BMWUSA with a C&D for that domain.
"mini" is TM by BMW for their mini cooper car.
I negotiate to sell it to them for $30 instead of legal problem.

The strange thing is the word "cooper" is not reg and can be used !!

Got a few Cease And Desist letters but not directly from Youtube/Google. Did get some DMCA takedown notices (dont get that confused with C&D) and still did not give a fuck and ignored them. also sent a few.


TL;DR Shit went down.
