The domain is just for the license and install - it doesn't have to be the site(s) you want to lock. It doesn't even have to be a site - just a domain will do.

That said, if you would rather do some reading first, you're welcome to check out the forum then let us know your desired license domain (just email support as they will need to set you up manually).

I would, however, recommend you have a domain ready to go before getting started as most of the methods you read will require you to be able to set gateways up relatively quickly

Could you give me a broad estimate of how much 1000 unique views a day can make using a content locker? factoring normal rates etc.

Also i think i might of asked this before, but can this give you a download link to a file after you've done the survey? Like this person wants to download this movie and after he completes the survey the content locker gives the link to the movie.

Normally whats the % of people that do the surveys? so if i had 100 views would the average be 1 person per 100 doing the CPA leads or 10 etc.

Yes, it can u give u a download link or redirect, that is what it's made for.
And about, the % thing - u cant really say, but from what every1 says it should be higher when u use content lock pro.

So,u should try it... not ask questions - implement......

There's no such thing as "normal" rates, but I would assume somewhere in the low $XXX range.

Yes, you can give them a download link.

Again, it's impossible to put a % on it as every offer varies.

We recommend Hostgator and have a video walkthrough to install using it. Use code "contentlockpro" at checkout for a discount.

We already have this as an extra function, although it's not 100% finished. If you post in the support forum, Daniel will be able to point you in the right direction for the code. CLP is very customisable so if you have basic coding knowledge you can configure it yourself.

I'm using Leadbolt now and I'm sure the conversion rates can be higher if I switch to CLP2 but they don't allow incentivised offers. Also, are there any tips\guides that come along with this purchase that gives you some idea on how to customize CLP2 for maximum profit?

You'll get a list of networks once you buy. We recommend you test as many as you can (we haven't tested them all) and see what works best for you and your traffic.

Sure, there's always risks. The risk free way is to use incentive offers. You can then mix in some non-incentive traffic to bump up your earnings.
