Website requirements for CPA approval?

My goal is to get get approved by one or several CPA networks and then initally start out using Drigerbest metod, which I had luck with when I used sharecash. But the problem is - I have no blogg or website. Which seems to be a requirement to get approved by CPA networks.

I will buy at domain at namecheap and hosting at hostgator, but then what?

What kind of website do I need to get approval, how much traffic? I do not have much experince at all with building websites. Anybody got any suggestion on what to do?

Many of the networks accept new publishers with no websites. Just tell them your plans.

scrape a good flash website with httrack, throw it onto the hosting, and be done. HINT: You can usually find good flash websites in the sponsored ads on google (the ones that appear at the top of the search). If it has something to gather emails in it, its perfect.

I wish I could believe that lol.. most of the time if you have no site they don't even bother looking.. but then again it could be because my explanation of my plans were horrible.

Um, I'm in seven different networks. I either say facebook.com and tell them I have a huge fanpage (which I do) or I put this as my website...

As you can see, I'm obviously not doing anything remotely CPA related on that site, but hey, they asked for a website I owned and I gave them one!
