How do i Break a Category page so that each day just starts a new page. Instead of goin next after a certain amount of posts?

In the menu you will find a way to display the page.
Try as a category/blog page
may be different in 1.7 a tad. But you have options in there for what you can do and how it displays..

yes i am using joomla 1.5 and i want to break the category page by date. instead of number of posts.
