View Service With Cheapest Package Option

Hi, I'm just wondering what service has the cheapest option? I'm not looking to buy too many views right now. I see a lot of the sites say something like "$2 per 1000 views", but the views start at like 10,000. Im wondering if theres any services where I can actually pay for 1000 or so?

I just checked their site, but I don't think they have what I was originally looking for. Unless I am mistaken and you could tell me where to look?
