How do you protect your site from the FTC?

I'm creating a site that reviews software and has affiliate links to purchase said software. I believe that I need to add a privacy policy, TOS, and an affiliate disclosure. Is that correct?

What software do you use to create these policies?

you know what mate this is million $ question put up this question is so important today because you probably dont wanna get sued by the FTC.There is also a case about penny auction offers on how to get avoided by the FTC while running those offers i wanna hear the answer too.

I don't think that's correct as long as you include an affiliate disclosure statement in the footer.

I'm wondering if there's any software that available that creates the proper legal documentation.

It seems that the link you provided takes care of the privacy policy and affiliate disclosure. I hope that's enough to avoid a lawsuit!

When I generated the policy it stated the programs that I'm affiliated with and that I have no control over how they use cookies.

If this is enough to pass off as affiliate disclosure, I'm not really sure.
