My site went down

Hi! My site (really new, 1-2 month old) suddenly went down. I have few backlinks from forum profiles, and 2 links from all-pages from ru sites (1 and 2 page rank).

My site went down from 10-20 positions to 40-50 and more. Whats wrong and what should I do now?

You can

A. Get a new domain
use this option if the site was actually that old and wasn't getting any traffic anyway.

B. continue with what you were doing, just be sure to do it much more carefully, and make linkwheels instead of linking straight to your domains-- eg making sure all your tier 1 pointers are legitimate.

C. submit a request to google to have their engineers look at your site and tell you whether you received a penalty. do this only if you did not link spam heavily:
(search "reconsideration request" in google)

There doesn't have to be something wrong. Rankings fluctuate all the time due to the google dance. Just keep building links and you'll hopefully see your rankings become more stable over time.

Just like he said... your site is only 1-2 months old so you'll still get a lot of google dancing going.

The more important thing is to keep building links and work back to a better ranking than you had before.
