Hey, wich CPA network has worldwide offers?, my traffic is from Israel, that's why im looking for cpa offers not from US.
Do you know sone CPA networks that has worldwide offers, no just mobile,
email sumbits, leads.. etc

their will be no email submits for worldwide traffic the best you can hope for is some .10 cents a download or something like that on some incentive network like leadbolt, adscendmedia and do I dare mention cpa lead.

Your best bet is to find an affiliate program in your country, otherwise as aforementioned, you'll be making piss. If you do want to still try CPA, shoot me a message as I have two great networks for this type of work.
