Hi, jimbobo, I just installed version 1.6.16.0 on my Windows 7 laptop, and now when I open it, the logo just shows up for a few seconds. Then it disappears, and the taskbar icon is frozen, no matter what I click on, it won't bring up the main window.

I've tried reinstalling it over and over, no luck. I ended it with task manager and reopened it several times, that didn't work either. I've made sure to allow everything in my antivirus program.

Please help me get it working again, as this program has helped me a lot with my SEO.

How long did you wait for it to load? If it ever crashes it will pop an error up if it hasn't done this it will still be loading in the background. Try restarting the computer and then loading it, wait to see how long it takes. When you reinstalled was it with a fresh download it is possible the download was slightly corrupted.

Hey man, you might want to remove your transaction ID from the thread, I don't have access to that information anyway. You never really want to publically post any personal info like that tbh.

Anywho, you should have received your login details, they are automatically created and sent out to the email address you used to sign up. If you do not see your login details first check your spam folder then if it isn't anywhere to be found add support[@]nohandsseo.com (without the square quotes) to your white list and then send an email to that address letting me know you still cannot find the email and that you have already checked your spam folder and I will get another account created and sent to you.

When you run NHSEO on a computer for the first time it will have a machine ID attached to it and this will be attached to your license. If you want to run it on another machine you can get the machine list reset by emailing support. The ability to reset machine list will be being added to the members area at some point soon.

If the proxies are in and working there is no reason for NHSEO to not be posting. If it is constantly saying it is searching for new keywords then you have bad connections/proxies. Check what it is saying in the log and you should have a good idea of what is going on in the tool.

I replied to your PMed but thought I would post it here as well for anyone else wondering about this:

Yeah, its quite easy. What you need to do is get teh portable copy and make as many copies as you want instances in your My Documents folder (all in their own folder, i.e. "My Documents\NHSEO1", "My Documents\NHSEO2", "My Documents\NHSEO3" etc) and then you can load each copy once.

The installed version uses a central database on your computer whereas the portable version uses a database file within its own working folder.

The error appears to be

"Comments file not accessible
The comments.txt file does not exist or is not accessible."

If it has been installed then you will have this file and it shouldn't have an issue with finding it. Where did you install to? It is possible that the trial was corrupted when you downloaded it, maybe try re-downloading and installing again.

I never downloaded the trial, but I have tried downloading and installing this version a few times now. It's installed in C:\Program Files\No Hands SEO.

In that case the easiest way to get down to what is happening here is for you to install TeamViewer so I can have a look at your file permissions. If you PM or email me your login details I will log in as shortly after receiving the details as possible and get it sorted for you.

I have been using NHSEO for 24 hours now. Im running about 3400 threads. Between Comments and trackbacks I guess It has posted around 140,000 links so far. Im using default settings and posting to pages not websites. In general can anyone give me an Idea of the % of my links that will get approved and indexed. Mostly Im just using this for indexing some backlinks but some juice will always be nice.

Im showing about 1600 confirmed links. Not bad but I have never stoped the program to check links, not sure if this will make a difference or not.

Just looking for an Idea of what to expect.

So far for 77$ if I can get 1600 links a day without an AA list this is pretty awesome and will pay for itself in no time just in using blast to index backlinks.

I am a little concerned about what websites it is posting to in the default setting. My Avast goes off all the time on sites that must have viruses.

I'm glad its working out for you. I don't know if you have it but using captcha sniper with the latest version should increase your link numbers by a good margin. I don't have an affiliate link but its a decent system and easy to integrate.

As for the virus warnings from the websites that NHSEO is accessing, your AV scanner is just being careful as some of the sites could be on a suspicious website list. No code is ever executed on these websites and there are no media files downloaded or executed either. There is no chance of catching anything from these websites whether using an AV scanner or not.

From my SB blast I seem to see about 4% indexed and showing up in YSE before it was shut down, So if I am looking at anywhere near that, I will adopt you,haha, and that is from a very popular provider from this forum.

i plan to build a website where i would need a different keyword for every page. will it be ok if i add all the pages to NHSEO with different keywords as "pages"? also if i use wordpress should i build all the articles as "pages" or is it ok if i build the as "posts"?

If you check the unconfirmed links after just a day or two and are not using custom comments you are not very likely to have many comments / trackbacks accepted through the moderation process. You will likely have a few but I wouldn't expect lots.

I would advise, if you have it, to use captcha sniper as it really has helped increase auto-approval rate by a good margin. The use of AA lists is not really advised as you are just getting links from heavily spammed blogs and / or most sites are no longer accepting comments / trackbacks. I don't often hear success stories of people using AA lists.

If you have been running with default settings and want to increase your confirmed link numbers there are a few things that can be done:
1) Custom comments - using well thought out (and spun) comments that are at least slightly relevant to your niche will give a much better chance of getting comments accepted through moderation (these links tend to be far more effective for ranking due to their lack of spam)
2) Good private proxies - when coupled with #1 you will increase your comments accepted rate by a good amount (these are by no means necessary but they can help)
3) Captcha Sniper - I know I'm starting to sound like I have shares in the company but I am really surprised at how it has almost doubled (very rough number and an estimation from what I can see against running without CS) my auto-approved comments, it adds little time to posting and uses up nothing of my system resources, though I have not tried this on a slow computer yet

If a user doesn't have the money for private proxies or Captcha Sniper I would definitely advise playing around with some custom comments to see what works well. Adding custom comments costs nothing but a bit of time and can really improve the benefit to rankigs.

Its really simple, if you have a page that you want to promote you would enter it as a page profile whereas if you have a whole website that you want to promote you would be better off entering it as a website profile.

A website will be crawled to find inner pages and will promote these pages so you are not just building links to a single page, as you would with a page profile, and also they are submitted to whois sites (they only accept domains so pages are not sent) so if you have a website you would be better off entering in the profile as a website.

You can still set anchor text per page when using a website profile using the Profile Handler.

Now I did have some search keywords in the profile, was not really doing much, so i left it blank and ran a new profile..

I am using only 6 keywords for my main site... so any idea what the deal is>?

There is definitely something wrong with your setup. Are you using proxies at all? How long are your anchor texts (after spinning)?
