I have a site in the health niche which gets about 100 visits/Day and I'm selling an eBook for $7 on it. I get about 1 sale every other day, which is pretty low for the health niche. The reason for this is because most of the site's audience is old (age 40+) and doesn't know how to use paypal. I even got an email from a visitor asking me "what's an eBook?".

So I was thinking about having a toll-free number on the site which people can call to place orders. My question is: How do I get one? And how do I process orders via phone? How can I outsource this?

Any help would be appreciated.

- Thanks

I believe this will only be finicial visible if you were ranking in the $$$$ cause you will need to set up and payment processor and they only deal with company that make XXX amount of money and I believe is an actualy entity

Payment processors come in all sizes, even for people who make just little sales. Since the competition gone up, they accept a lot more companies.

Which one would be right for me? Can you make any recommendations?

I believe authorize.net has an plan for $20/month. If you really make 7 dollars/2days , this is feasable. And if the problem really is that your customers do not know how to use paypal, your sales should go up with a credit-card paymentoption.

Adding a toll free number to the site is always beneficial because some people don?t know how to buy products online and if you a toll free number there then they can order their product on telephone.
