Easy $100 A Day - Perfect For Noobs

What i've been doing with regard to forums is this, instead of joining them all as they come up, ive been making note of those that come up more frequently and joining them and slowly building up my post count on them as i get more alerts to topics on the forums, that way im not only building up my post cost, but it means that all my posts will actually be on the relevant topic of my niche. Yahoo answers has also come up a lot for my niche so im getting in there quick with my answers and not always posting my link, i want to get a level 2 status first so it will be clickable (considering just buying one off fiverr) Also the majority of my comments on blogs and news articles are actually being accepted so im getting some half decent amounts of traffic just from blogs

So you do not have a problem getting blog comments accepted when you include your link?

Anyone who hasn't collected a check from affiliate marketing needs to learn PATIENCE. Yes I'm talking actually collecting a check, Paypal deposit whatever. Getting a sale here or there is great but a lot of programs have minimum payouts for you to really earn anything.

Another thing to realize is that people on forums aren't ONLY interested in that topic. They are normal people who have other concerns too. Let's take a bodybuilding forum. These guys/girls are also interested in dating, cars, video games, money etc. So if you try and get no sales, then try another niche. In your marketing career you're going to own several different websites probably in at least a few different niches. So if you go on a dating forum and bomb out promoting some clickbank "How to bang any chick tonight" ebook off clickbank, you still have that account. Unless you get banned of course LOL. But the thing is if you still have the account, you can still slowly post. In another niche, great you can post a link to something else. It doesn't even have to be to a review/presell page but some YT video you posted etc. Obviously you won't post to a stupid slideshow video (unless it's entertaining).

If some douchebag moderator bans you, big deal. In your IM career you're going to have probably several accounts closed down and other roadblocks in your way. Figure out how to get through them roadblocks or move past it. Keep your good forum accounts info written down for the future. It's an asset. Shaky asset that can be taken away at any time but as with anything you're posting on someone elses site it can be taken away. But still good for traffic so we take them risks daily.

For any newbies who committed an hour or 2 a day for 7 days to this method or any others you will learn a ton in the process even if you don't earn a single sale/penny. That 7-14 hours of your time of DOING will be far more valuable than 7-14 hours of reading forums, "thinking" of your plans etc. :)

Lastly read the terms of use on forums, usually short and generic typical babble. If they seem like spam/posting link Nazis use your judgment, it may be a scare tactic.
Signing up to a forum right now here's an interesting one I found:

Code:
Respect copyrights from others. When posting material written by others please only post the first paragraph and then provide a link to the source. Do not reproduce or post complete works of copywritten material.
^This works for me (us) :D

In my trial I've always found that posting to news sites seems to have the best "return/post". On nights that I concentrate on news articles about my niche the uniques sky rocket and the sales come in nicely too. Blogs to me are just difficult coz glancing over a blog you'll never know if its a blog with good traffic or one of those with none. Forums are good however as Mike Hunt said, marketing your niche on a forum about your niche might not get you the best results.

In my case, marketing a "weight loss" product on a "low carb friends" forum gained no results whatsoever. Marketing it on a "celeb gossip forum" however got some hits. Go figure...

Hrm... I've been actively promoting my site for the past three days. Most of my alerts were Yahoo Answers. Unfortunately, it seems I was answering a bit overzealously, so I woke up today to find myself suspended. It's no use crying over spilled milk, but let it be warning to everyone that Yahoo Answers alone isn't going to get you there. Also, tracking showed that I'd usually get about 1 visitor per post with Yahoo (which simply isn't worth it!)

In these three days, I've been getting a steady stream of about 40 visitors per day (Sadly, no conversions).

I've noticed that the greatest amount of traffic has been coming from forum posts and news posts. I've deleted all Blog Alerts, because they're simply not worth the time (You never know if you're going to be approved or not, and if you are, the traffic is pitiful).

Its hard to tell because you don't get notified when they are approved but a lot of my traffic has come from blogs, two in particular have produced traffic for the last 3 days from just one post which is interesting

What are news posts?

What are news posts?

News posts are just news articles, from sources like online newspapers i.e washington post. some of them have commenting features which can be handy for spreading links

With regard to yahoo answers, i read their "community guidelines" and under the section "Don't Exploit The Community" it says
it's OK to accompany a good, on-topic answer with a link to your website, blog, or email to offer more information.

I've been commenting on yahoo answers for the maximum amount for three days, and most times leaving my link in the sources, i think the reason they haven't suspended my account is because ive been giving genuine attempts at answering the questions. Yes it takes longer but it also makes you seem more trusting. I even got a couple of best answers lol

I follow this thread everyday and I'm willing to take action.
Also got some nice ideas to drive traffic, you can use any traffic source you know!

I already have some twists in combination with other methods around here! To bad I have no time at the moment, because of my exams....

Start to think over how you can use old methods in combination with this one!

I see, thanks for the input. Unfortunately, I can't afford to have my own team yet so I'll try to make as much time for this in the future. I am still in the "planning stage" for now and I'm working as a freelancer for a client. Working while learning I guess...what better place to learn SEO than in BHW..hmmmm :drinking2

Ok, so as I was thinking/planning/noobing again more questions came up...I was wondering if my initial plan will do good.

Basically, I will set-up a wordpress blog (Free) for now. URL is optimized with keywords (keywordsDOTwordpressDOTcom) and start making product reviews there. I know it is preferred to have my own domain but will setting this strategy up in a free wordpress blog work for now? If it does, eventually I would be planning to register the free wordpress blog. AND if I do this, will all the backlinks/PR/SEO factors be retained in my newly registered blog/site?

Sorry if this sounds pretty confusing but this is my initial plan and I'm looking for feedback if this will actually earn me anything (hopefully money but a hot chick will do) at all. :dunno:

You can get hosting for the first month for 0,01$ from HG, the following months will cost not even 10$ and a .com domain costs 9$, I think you should invest this small amount to earn big time!

You want to know if you earn money with that blog?
Would you buy products from a xyz.wordpress.com site?;)

I'm not going to link you to my site because that would defeat the point, but you just need a domain, shove a self hosted wordpress blog on it, choose a decent theme. pick a few products on clickbank to promote (as an example) write some decent believable reviews for the products on the blog, then set up the google alerts system to build traffic
