No it doesnt matter. Thats the easy answer. The reason for this techniue is to obtain higher PR for your site/page/blog.... not to get clicked link traffic.

I created an account in digg

but as I told, I cound not find any page with more PR6.

I found many page with PR4 and PR5 , but cound not found PR6 or more LOL

Well really if you look at the title of the thread it says get PR 4 links. Its possible to find above 5 but very rate. Just take advantage and get a bunch of PR 3 PR4 and PR5 links. Not as good as 6 but if you get enough its the same if not better. Go for more quantity with this methed instead of quality.

everybody use a desktop ping tool don't go for something like pingl3r*c0m
because more and more noobz will abuse this method and dgg will integrate "no follow"
