Sure, let's say you have a domain in the 1000th position for a particular keyword. We're doing SEO on it and all of a sudden the keyword may pop up into the top 100 positions. The placements out of top 100 are pretty weak, & they can be easily beaten with a few hundred links. When it enters the top 100 it's filled with competitors, who have enormous SEO activity. We now continue the campaign & it reaches the 3rd page. Now we got to slow down a bit & proceed safely. Any unnatural link velocity may give a penalty to it & get it out of the top 100 & it's pretty hard to reinstate it into the old positions.
Moreover G is very much changed when compared with JANUARY when a few xrumer blasts bought the site to the first page & now(November) a few gets it deindexed.
Each and everyday the process is getting changed & to protect the investment it's good to proceed slow without a chance of risk.
Yep, feeling better now. Just minor fractures.... But it doesn't relate with the work anyway as it's the staffs who do the work & i organize them. Some people seem to lose patience with the delivery time which they don't understand it's to be safe with the site but i'll be explaining such stuffs clearly in my sales letter soon.

Hi entri3
You say that it's not a good idea for a site to move to fast up in the rankings. Can you elaborate a bit on that. What happens if site move too fast? Is it then in danger of being deindexed or will it lose ranking faster (lets say after a few weeks). If the site move slowly up the rankings, have it then a better chance of staying at the top position?
I bought the WAR package a month ago and since then I've seen the site slowly climb the rankings. Started at about #60 but is now at #30.
