First congratulations on taking action and making money, second too bad that you lost your videos you could probably outsource the creation(?), third don't let adsense hinder you, there are other alternatives and it's even better to monetize with CPA.

Well, i've only earned 4$ with leadbolt, I don't know how to setup a good website and things like that.
A free blogger with content locker and 200 views on youtube gave 4$ in four days thought.

Look into starting several micro-niche sites with low or next to no competition. They are always a good start. Once you get good at doing SEO for them, you can work on keywords that have harder competition and run CPA campaigns on them.

Well, thats what I have done good. My video got 25000+ views in 2 months and gave my about 50$, to set everything for that up took about 4 hours then autopilot.
But that kind of videos is flagged sooo badly by many people

Why not get some new youtube accounts and repeat what you did to make those 600? Then, once you've made $1500 or so, go and get yourself a copy of Chad Hamzehs video course The Traffic Blackbook. That course is about how to make money sending paid traffic to CPA offers. Follow it and you'll make the big money you requested.

buy domain from godaddy use $1 coupon and hosting from hostwinds , use google keyword tool or buy keyword from here to target and buy some xrumer/scrapebox blasts add adsense , repeat the steps for new sites .

and get slammed by google...
