Hi all i got approved for a Leadbolt publisher account in October, i have not used this account yet and haven't promoted any of their offers so i can't have broken any rules, yet when i try to log in it says 'Your account is suspended. Please contact customer service.'
I have sent an email to them and also contected my AM but haven't had a reply yet.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why the above may have happened ?
Does anyone have a fasttrack way of contacting them ?

Cheers

You can try contacting one of the AM's here at BHW. His bhw name is "LeadboltBrian". You can also try emailing their support, they've always been very fast in replying to emails with me.

also try contact one of their AM via PM. they are quite active in WF and DP.

I suspected inactive account too but it does seem a really short period of time.

I'll try the support email above thanks, heres hoping for a quick reply ;)

Call them up directly or email them. Strange that you created this thread. I thought you did not get pay by them.

I had thought about calling them but it would be an international call for me, i think i'll give them another day to reply to my emails.

As for the comment about me saying i've not been paid by them i think you must have me mistaken with someone else.

He actually meant that he thought your account got suspended and you didn't get paid and so it became a serious issue for you and that's why you created this thread. He discovered something different after reading it.

Ah i see, apologies for my misunderstanding

Well, maybe they think your inactive account just clutter their database. So they think it is much better if just getting your account banned.:breakpc1:

This could be correct but none of my other CPA networks have had an issue with my 'inactive' accounts, i guess i'll not know for sure until i hear back from them or ring them directly but the inactive account issue seems like the best bet so far.
