UPDATE - Free trial periods are back!!!

1. Instead of the paid 6 day trials, I'm now again offering a free trial, but now for 3 days.
2. Setup is now fully integrated with Paypal, and setup is instant.
3. Plimus is no longer accepted, sorry.

Note that abuse of the free trial will result in a ban (i.e. constantly creating new subscriptions).
