Hi, I've read the TOS on your site about the 72 hours for accounts replacements, so I'm not going to ask for a replacement. In fact I came here because all my "UNUSED" accounts got banned in a strange way.. I just used 10 of a total of 50 accounts to upload videos, I NEVER touched the other 40 accounts, I didn't even check the remaining accounts. After a few days all the 50 accounts were banned.. So, I assume it's because all these accounts are made under the same IP??

Dude, there was a bad batch in the accounts. I had given replacement to 3 customers of mine at that day because it was the problem at my end (my worker did something wrong). If other customers can directly ask me for the solution, I think you could have asked as well.

Anyways, it's your way of finding solution. I have no issues because my YT are working perfectly fine right now and all those customers and others are satisfied.

Things happen, but it doesn't mean that the person who is selling stuff is bad. We are here for LONGTERM business friend.

P.S: Yes, we offer our support for 72 hours after delivery. But it doesn't means that if your whole or 90% of the order has gone bad and we'll not provide you support.
