Here is what you have to do:

make 15 accounts, all PVA.
Use 5 of them on day 1 using 5 different IPs. Spin you ads and change the image.
Use the 5 next on day 2 using another set of 5 different IPs. Spin ads.
Use the last 5 set of PVA on day 3 with different IPs, spin ads

Day 4 , repeat day one but change verbage and images again

And so on....

You can renew but change verbage and images, make it personal.

Thanks Cody, I appreciate the suggestion. I need to figure out how to get multiple PVA accounts. I only have access to one phone, is there some sort of workaround for this?

Impressive how many clicks your pages are getting. I've yet to break 30 visitors in a day with 4-5 ads posted a day. Averaging less than a $1 a day. Only have had 2 ads ghosted out of 16.

Attempt to make the ads "personal", might need to work on that a bit more perhaps. I been trying to keep them short to give more reason to visit the site for more information. CTR is about 8-9%

Maybe have to take another look at the cities I'm posting in. It'd be nice to earn enough at least to buy a cheap fast food burger instead of risking adsense account for very little lol.

ONE if you really want an absolute security.
2-3 should be no problem if you make it "real", "personal", coming from a real person.

Again, you don't risk anything with your adsense account. But you can switch with adbrite if you want to be more comfortable.
If you make your ads in a way that when you read it, you feel that's a real person behind, you're good. You'll see the level by receiving email with questions for the ad. If you feel it's an advertising or anything tricky, you won't get email and will most likely be flagged.

I just got approved for an Adsense account, but apparently they made getting approval a two-part process now, and I still have to wait for the actual website I submitted to them (not the one I'll be using for this method) to be approved as well. Once that happens then the ads which now just show up as blank windows on my site will finally appear.

Does anyone know if they do this with EVERY website you want to use with adsense now? If so, that could be a real problem.

I created my own landing page on this. Have not devoted more than 5 minutes every couple of days after the initial setup and have made about $100 in the past 30 days with a 10% ctr.

Pretty happy with it so far.

Just be careful using this method if your click rate goes through the roof then your going to get banned without a doubt, also don't just use the one ad network maybe try rotating adsense ads with another ad to reduce click through rate.

There are so many twist for this.
Everyone, just in the real estate section, could use different landing page.
But you could also use this in almost any other section.
Plus, imagine each one staying in their city, you still have room before saturation IMO...

What if im using a vpn for proxies. like say i have 5 ads and i use a different ip adress for each ad. do i always have to use that same ip adress for that account or can it be any ip adress as long as its different.

You just hit the million dollars question. Let me give you the million dollars answer:
Use the same IP for each account and post different ads every 3 days on each. Don't abuse the account and/or the IP. You'll keep them forever...
