There is a term in google rules that forbades to do ancor texting that have to be maintained by the white hatters. What is ancor texting?

Anchor text is just the displayed portion of a hyperlink.

If you set up a link such as:

<a href="http://www.yourdomain.com">your chosen keyword</a>

then "your chosen keyword" is the anchor text.

Using anchor text is definitely not prohibited by google though. I think you're probably misunderstanding some thing you read somewhere. It may just be talking about a need to vary the anchors for your backlinks or something like that.

That isn't any kind of google rule that I know of either.

Why don't you just let us know exactly what it is that you read? Then maybe we can help you understand what it's referring to.

Well that's a different question than the topic of this thread. Maybe we should just stick to that first question for now. I've asked twice if you could please give us the quote or link to the rules you were referring to in your original post. We really need to know what reference you were posting about before we can explain what it means.

In the mean time you can use the bhw search tool to find other threads explaining the difference between blackhat and whitehat. Or you could search for the same on google. If you really want to succeed in Internet Marketing (or anything really) there comes a time in which you need to start researching for answers instead of just asking a bunch of random questions.
