I purchased last night and got my license all set up and the download all taken care of... read the pdf file and raring to go... just need to upload which i should have done here tonight...

I am having a problem.
I uploaded files to server.

when I try to install it states that my license key is not valid

Sent and email to their support system.

Hope they can resolve it soon.

Regarding MB and Peerfly, this is one for the private forum (support will get you setup).

So far so good. Made my first bucks already, had a lil issue at first, but the support was within 24 hours even though it was a week end. So great support as well. However I have a little question. If I set the timer to 180 seconds, and also check the forced completion option and Required Offers is 2, will the content unlock after the 180 seconds, or they will have to complete two offers? Thanks in advance.

Glad you've seen some money coming in already

CLP will only "force" a user to complete 2 offers if you have postback setup. If you ask in the forum, you should get some more help in this regard from our more experienced users.

I am particularly interested if anyone ever used this to monetize a torrents site. Lets say supposedly that I have a site that has more than 5M uniques per month. Would this be a good way to monetize?

You know torrent sites and how damn hard it is to get them properly monetized.

Support should respond within 24 hours. Double check you are using the same exact URL you entered at the license page in the meantime.

This is one possible use. It depends on the quality of your traffic and the quality of your content if you want to know how much it might make. I would expect you to make a decent return on 5m visitors even if they are relatively low quality. People are quite often happy to complete an email submit to get access to content like torrents.

CLP works fine on blogger. You do need to own a domain and have your own hosting to get a license setup properly, though. Once it's installed on your domain you can set lockers up wherever you want, including blogger blogs.

This is untrue, you're talking about a completely different product. Hostgator support the ioncube loader on all shared hosting plans which is what is required. The ioncube php accelerator you are talking about is something different and not required.

So just to clarify: Content Lock Pro V2 will work 100% okay on a Hostgator shared server.

The ionCube Loader is not currently installed successfully.
The following problems have been found with the Loader installation:

• The installed loader (ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so) does not have the name expected (ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so) for your system. Please check that you have the correct Loader for your system.
• The installed loader is for PHP 5.2 but your server is running 5.3

HG support are wrong, you do not need to upgrade to a VPS. If you email support, they will walk you through the install process on HG.
