I got my keyword today. I bought the domain and I am going to start building on it this weekend. When he said some related keywords would be with it I did not know there would be that many. Which is awesome!!! I only expected 10 or so.

I will be returning to let everyone know my progress.

The keyword itself is product based with 1300 local searches a month and 1.06 cpc. looks to be easy to rank for.

Off to start my niche website empire. Note* I am also working on an authority site along side this one to see which does better quicker. I believe in testing and tweaking now instead of reading and looking for ways to talk myself out of doing anything.

Thanks for the review. It's not gonna take much time for ranking! Also if you want to expand your site in future, you can very well use those related long tails. I'm sure that can double your traffic and revenue good luck!

i already did it for 1 kw and i bought 6
now i worked hard on 2 sites and they brought me combined 55$+ last 30 days from adsense after getting them both to number 1. and for one of them i can turn it to authority site if i wish to, it has option to do reviews on many "related stuff"... right now they both have only 4 articles....

one site has 6500 people coming from google, according to webmaster tools, but low CPC (visitor come from different countries, only 50% USA), so some international realted CPA which i found might help me squeeze some more $$$

Go for authority type bro..as you can see most of them are review type keywords which is usually a buyer keyword.
