Same thing for me. Cant scrape any keywords using any of the two different options. Tried tons of different things even reinstalled the program but no luck. Posted on the support forum so hopefully they will have it fixed asap.

That's because you tried to buy through the Black Friday link and it was only available on Black Friday.
nice recommendation and its appreciated, yet it'd help us as buyers and the vendor as a seller if you wouldnt mind spending a few minutes explaining:
1. what you are using it for,
2. which tools were you using before,
3. why this tool is better
4. what the limitations of previous tools were
without those answers we haven't got enough info to make a decision from...

However, why wouldn't you connect to your VPS through all your computers to have access anywhere.

You can indeed use it for other languages but the results it gives are not good for other languages except English. It shows less results for other languages.
I'm almost 99% sure that the reason for bad results except English keywords is that you can only set a country and not a language, so it uses always the English language.
I think he also can better remove (or improve) the Competition Score field because it shows strange results, that need a lot improvement because highly competitive keywords get sometimes a low number and less competitive numbers get sometimes high numbers.
It misses also a filter for GMS and LMS. You can use it yet only when doing the initial search.
It probably also misses the checkbox "Only show ideas closely related to my search terms"
It misses also an undo function, like when we for example remove a keyword (by mistake) then we can't get it back.

Would be great if this was fixed, like add both language and country. I'm going to wait until that though.

ok here it goes first I want to say it covers 5 different programs in one for me that helps in productivity.
1] I use it for proxies and KW research
2] well that alot to list but all the ones that are the usually suspects like senukeX
3]IUt is a all in one witch make moving around info and proxies much simpler.
4]the limits nwhere just about the same but you had to have muti programs to do what one does that to me is worth a lot...time is money
