Hello all you CPA people

Well are there any suggestions about what you guys want in an account manager?
Dizz

The main thing for me is that the AM and network owner are willing to create me multiple accounts on their network in order to spread my leads across a number of pub ID's. This in an effort to beat the advertiser shaving when doing long term heavy volume.

Of course, even when an advertiser loves a person's retention rates they still shave to death if allowed to, so being able to spread my leads across multiple pub ID's is a must with any network I run traffic to.

In my book, everything else is secondary.

Hi dizz,

i am always happy when AM is able to add an offer that his CPA does not have currently...btw, i just applied to strongerads, hope i will be approved

thx

@dizz: I'd love to add you on skype and learn things from you (I'm already a publisher in your network).

By the way, when chatting, pls use more full stops(or periods as they say in the USA). :-p

I write like a mad man and dont always use punctuation like i should but I will try to be better at that.

AM should be:
  • Fully knowledgeable about network- all rules and offers
  • Friendly, but not too pushy to become best buddies with everyond
  • Aid when the affiliate is struggling
  • Promote new ideas and the highest converting offers

What I look for in a network:
  • HIGH paying offers
  • High Conversions
  • Leave me the fuck alone without questioning me like its the Spanish Inquisition

So keeping the AM in the dark so he could not have your back is a bad thing.I dissagree because I think it would help if I knew what was really up.As an AM I feel like it should fall on me for you to be a success.I could stop your campaign before it became a problem fop everyone.I will think of your point of view it does give me something to think about

Or a problem for any affliliate that is spending money to drive traffic to offers and when the advertiser finds that the traffic is against their TOS and don't pay you won't be out cash.

Part of the AM's job is to make sure you are not sending bad traffic and that is a 2 way street... to make sure you get paid and to make sure that the advertiser is fine with that kind of traffic.

There is a delicate line that you tiptoe with your Affiliate Manager when you are blackhatting. ;) Just saying bro.

Also, I just applied. I wanna see what this network is all about.
