Yep - Yahoo Site Explorer shut down. There's are a few paid alternatives but am still trying to find the best one myself. I'll keep you updated.

Sorry! Somehow overlooked this.

I'm not sure the exact number of unique domains as I'm always updating my lists and removing old legacy URLs.

I'd guess that roughly ~8-11k unique domains.
