No pool sadly. This is what my 4 mates rented when they got out there. But considering there is going to be a few more of us turning up soon, we will likely scale it up to something thats beyond "pimp" and entering "Shaft" status
make sure you get a bbq and everything! i recently got one and now it's my favourite way to cook.
which reminds me of beer.... do you drink beer? need any recommendations?? haha... i'm a bit of a pisshead. i like it when new people come to our country, it's exciting. i like telling them stuff to try.

The accountant adviced I would need to register for GST and do quarterly BAS and pay tax quarterly. What I don't understand is none of the goods or services (and its derivatives) I provide come from or are in Australia. Everything is done with US companies - traffic supplier, accounts, everything. The only thing is at the end of the month, the money goes to my AUS bank account (and I live in Australia). So what's the GST for, I'm stumped.
I understand I have to pay tax, that is not even a question. But I was under the impression that there is no need to register for GST and an annual Tax Return would suffice?
