Try using 7zip and compressing it in gz format Because PHPmyadmin will decompress a .gz file

I Got the site up and running, but i'm having problems with the cpanel and ftp login..

My username and password both correct, but it tells me its wrong. If i wait 30 mins+ and use the same username/pass it works

Cpanel:
