The offshore hosting costs 9.95$/month
The domain + private is about 20$ without coupons in godaddy, but I am sure, there's a coupon I could use, when I finally decide which domain to get. So I am still looking for a domain. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I am still thinking what to lock but so far I have thought of locking: android/ios/windows phone/windows/mac games and apps.
I may later expand to ebooks, movies and MP3s
No I do not do a keyword research, I just choose downloads which are prety popular (like angry birds and cut the rope).
