I've been looking all over for a server with this features:

- Bulletproof (mass mailing)
- Multiple and not blacklisted IPs (+16 IPs)
- Accepting Liberty Reserve payment

I would like somebody to give me such information and will pay for it. To do so please send your "bids", LOL, to my PM.
