Comparisons between ScrapeJet and NHSEO

I was pretty intrigued by scrapejet entering the market and I spent a good deal of time looking at it. The BIG downfall is that it is not a run forever tool like NHSEO. That one factor makes it a completely different tool and a tool that is not necessary considering scrapebox can do all that scrapejet can. If I ever wanted more threads than my two instances of NHSEO could handle I would pick up a second license of NHSEO before picking up scrapejet.

If scrapejet became a run-forever tool it would be competitive in my mind but right now its only edge is that it is from the makers of scrapebox... which isn't as much of an advantage since so many loyal customers have a bitter feelings about them abandoning scrapeboard.

All points taken and I do not feel attacked in any manner and hopefully my words are not taken as such either.

I think I made it clear that my feelings about scrapejet being superior is based soley on my opinion and preference.

Scrapejet being able to add other platforms just saves me coding time on some platforms that I needed to get around to making stuff for so that probably has more to do with it and overall it just adds more opportunities to build links on more ip's.

Both tools are great though and I look forward to seeing the progress of both of them..

Yes, and scrapebox does awesome for me with other platforms and training new platforms. The value in NHSEO to me is in the fact that it runs forever without my help. It is a program that will drip links for me every day consistently until I tell it to stop or to point the links elsewhere. Scrapejet does not do the same.

$77 over $47 is not half price, it is less but then it is the less mature platform, it has some pros and cons just as NHSEO does.

If you are going to count different blog platforms as different platforms I am going to count the whois submissions as a platform, trackback submissions as a platform and the 5 different blog comment platforms as different platforms so right out of the box NHSEO is coming with 7 platforms compared to 3 of SJ.

I totally concede that with SJ you can add more platforms if you invest in SB which is another $57 so now it is more expensive than NHSEO, $104 for SJ/SB over $77 for NHSEO.

Obviously now I am being pedantic but it goes to show that it is easy to twist facts and figures to make your point. Honestly the most truthful comparison between the two products is in my initial list of features. They both work and they are both cheap for the amount of work they can automate.

It should exist, because scrapejet is being sold so obviously sweetfunny doesn't agree with you.

Dunno if you realise but I think you were addressing the dev (or one of the devs) of SJ there. If the dev does not feel they are currently comparable I would assume he knows what he is saying.

Well, I don't think you can count trackback and whois as different platforms the same way SJ does with other platforms since links from trackbacks and whois are pretty weak compared to blog comments. Especially whois links that are only good for indexing and has no noticeable effect on SERP.

Training new platforms is a huge thing and since most people already have scrapebox you can't really calculate the cost like that.

Now you are getting too biased don't start going there...

I was merely pointing out that people are throwing around opinion as fact.

Trackbacks absolutely are useful for ranking purposes so they are a legitimate claim as a platform. Just because whois posts are not ideal for ranking does not mean they should be ignored when considering the rounded-ness of a tool. The whois ties in with the website crawling and other website based features so it is pertinent to include this as a platform. At worst NHSEO has 3 platforms and if you are counting comment platforms separately it is 7, this is not really bias.

I understand lots of people have SB already and that you shouldn't consider the added cost of SB on top of SJ but I was showing if I wanted to really twist the facts things would look very different. The fact is that NHSEO works 100% out of the box yet offers lots of features from within the app, SJ has some features that NHSEO doesn't yet but one of the bigger difference requires a third party app to use and understand.

If I was showing my bias I would be saying what I thought about SJ as a tool and how I feel it compares in its use cases and from a users point of view, that is not how I do things and as such I am choosing to compare them based on features alone. To show my lack of bias I have even conceded where SJ is better than NHSEO. My single biased post even acknowledged how pedantic I was being.

I would prefer not to have to point out inaccuracies in what people post but if people are banding around "facts" that are simply not true, or embelished, I will try to set the record straight. I have a clear bias and that is why I am careful in how I present things and try to stick to the verifiable facts.

I wouldn't exactly say that it REQUIRES a 3rd party app to understand, it may make it easy for some users but it's not required assuming you are talking about adding more platforms. Loopline kind of insinuated that you need scrapebox for the process in his video but it's actually easier just using Google chrome and inspect element for me.

Without seeming like I am trying to start anything or be negative I will point out that so far a good portion of the inaccuracies have been coming from your end and I have had to correct you quite a few times in this thread as it is.

You are certainly correct that your bias is starting to show a bit as well. So far the dev of the other software being compared has only made 1 post in this thread and that was to say that they didn't feel like the two should be compared right now. However, users of them seem to feel different and choose tom compare them anyway which you really can't do anything about. Having said that I think it might be fair to leave this comparison thread to the users of both software and let them decide on which is best without your influence and admittedly somewhat biased comments - especially considering the fact that the dev of the software being compared has chosen not to comment and isn't here to defend their product at every turn.

Anything from sweetfunny is must buy, eventough if SJ wont be as good as NHS (i think sweetfunny will make huge updates for SJ, like adding all same features as on NHS but making it better, way the competition works).

Would buy both of them for sure if i would have cash sitting around

seems interesting. I had tried NHSEO before and then for some reason the trial stopped after a crash so never bothered again. did not get a whole lot of links anyway. All I saw after running it where incoming links when ppl marked it as spam. might run forever but how many comments to actually stick? the idea seems great but did not see too much value in it. maybe will try again and see if it works better.

After the scrapeboard failure I'm not jumping on anything they do quickly anymore...

Scrapejet is a much more simple platform technically to maintain and update then scrapeboard so i don't have any doubts that scrapejet will be maintained.
