UPDATE [Ordered Last Weekend, Started Working on Monday]:
Well, this service is really good. As a test of it, I bought a single keyword for $12. I am already seeing results on an incomplete website (waiting for outsourced content, only have 3 600+ word articles on it right now.
Results:
-Keyword was AMZ and Adsense friendly, and had approximately 3000-4000 searches a month [very flat, not seasonal]
-Within 5 days of minimal SEO (bare minimum really) and a shitty website (content is good, but design is shitty as I tweak stuff around)...Page 2 for main keyword, and Page 1 for many of the associated long tails (which he provides with KW research)
-Lesson Learned: Don't wait for the perfect SEO or Website design, just start doing it.
Total Costs Associated With This Project:
-Kw (BHW) = $12
-Domain = $8.81
-Hosting = $0 (already had Hostgator unlimited)
-Article/Content Generation (BHW) = $20
-Scrapebox Blast (BHW) = $5
Total Cost = $45.81 (If I get site to $1 a day, I'll break even within 1.5 months [conservative])

Just doing some work on some sites now using some keywords from this service. Low competition, good CPC, good advertiser competition, good amount of searches. I will report back when I start ranking and getting clicks. Seems like a good service so I will most likely be ordering more when it's up and running again.

NO seasonal keyword - We all need sites which gets traffic consistently through out the year. Let's not go after keywords which gets traffic only for a particular period!

Review to a UK Keyword I purchased about a week ago from CyberZilla.
Globally the keyword had 3K+ exact match, but around 1600 UK exact match. Is a keyword which can be used with adsense, and also amazon. I purchased the site recommended by CyberZilla, and put an auto spun article on the homepage, and some category pages with no content. It is already ranking position 5 on the first page with no backlinking, and secondary keywords are either page 1 or 2.
Considering no content and no backlinks, I am happy with the result, and service provided by CyberZilla - and will definitely be ordering again.
