Anyhow, I personally prefer scrapejet as of now, but competition is always a good thing.

Looking forward to seeing if NHSEO gets some new updates in an attempt to keep up with theirs..

It is very early to compare the two given the current state of SJ, even though yes SF is selling it so she/he obviously feels it is ready to compete. I would just like to say I know I have bias but if you look at any of my other posts about NHSEO and how it compares to other tools you will see I am very fair and do not try to pull the wool over anyones eyes regarding my product or how it compares to others.

I will make a note of a few differences that I can see right off the bat by listing some of the main features NHSEO has over SJ:
Website crawling for promoting inner pages
Separate search and anchor keywords
Trackback submission
Multiple footprints per platform
Endless running (SJ will only run till keywords are exhausted)
Saving of profiles to DB so no need for handling numerous files
Less steps to get it running once profiles are in
Whois posting for quick index of websites
Different running modes to suit whether profile is website or a page
Numerous optional settings/features (pinging options, posting options, checking options, PR and OBL limits per profile, broad / exact / broad and exact keyword search, definitive thread controls, target filtering based on domain)
Anchor text handling on a per page basis
7 day free trial without the need to give any personal details

And to be fair I will also note the features that SJ boasts that NHSEO doesn't:
Loads quicker
Will post to BlogEngine and MoveableType

I have seen some crazy wild claims about how SJ blows NHSEO out of the water but those claims are wildly exagerated, I am never going to say that SJ is shit or anything of the sort but it is clear from a quick glance that the number of features in the two products just don't compare.

Of course I plan to keep improving NHSEO as I have been doing since before SJ was even announced and I plan to keep it ahead of SJ.

There have been 39 updates (with each containing multiple addition, feature improvements and bug fixes mostly based on user feedback) to No Hands SEO since v1.3.2. How can you say it hasn't improved in leaps and bounds. I don't want to get into any kind of flame war but where does a comment like that even come from? I know you

If you compare NHSEO v1 to v1.6.x they are hardly even the same tool in how they work and the amount they are capable of yet it has maintained the same simple interface while improving on its functionality.

If you ever have any suggestions or improvements then feel free to post them in the sales thread, PM or email me with them as other have done and seen them implemented in the tool. I take feedback all the time and have a constantly updated list of updates and features that I want to implement.

If you want to see just how many updates there have been to NHSEO since v1.1.2 (when I started tracking the update log) you can checkout the No Hands SEO Update Blog and see for yourself what and when different features have been added. I don't wanna keep going on about it but there have been 7 updates this month alone so its not even like I used to update and have stopped now.

So far there is nothing in SJ that make it better than No Hands Seo IMO. Even more so, NHS has quite a few things that SJ does not. In regards to updating - No Hands Seo is updated frequently and continously. Customer service is excellent. In fact when it first came out it was very simple, but as clients requested new features Jimbobo has been implemented them without complicating the tool.

I find the alacrity with which Jim not only responds to suggestions but also to support to be far superior to many "BIG" names (this is not a dig at Sweet). That said, I'll be passing on ScrapeJet for the simple reason that it would be a redundant purchase for me.

I don't know when the last time you used NHSEO but it doesn't exactly need more platforms in the way that other tools do. Due to the way it searches for keywords it never actually ends so adding more platforms would mean it just carries on exactly the same.

I've never said that I wasn't going to add more platforms, in fact I have always said I would but only after all other intended functionality was added. As I have been making huge improvements to the whole tool by adding things that I, and other users, feel actually would change how people could use the tool and increase its effectiveness. I'm not going to add something that isn't adding to the results / flexibility of the tool.

Just to be fair and for the sake of clarification, some of the things on this list kind of need commenting on.

Incorrect info, there's only a limit on how many you enter manually - not on how many you load from a file.

Useless IMO, but that's just me and not really saying it's not worth having for everyone else.

Meh, kind of debatable seeing as how you know exactly what's going on with SJ because it uses the same harvester functionality as SB which I think we can all agree is about as powerful as it gets, far as I know NHSEO is posting to the same sites over and over. In any case, I will count this as another 1+ in NHSEO's favor.

This is debatable, especially when you consider all of the BS that comes along with dealing with a DB like the possibility of it being corrupted, the portability of the app associated with it. The are many pro's and cons to it but in my humble opinion not having one can prove to be very beneficial in the long run so I can't actually give this one to NHSEO as an advantage.

I will have to add a few key other's to this list.

Doesn't rely on .Net framework. I realize most people don't care but it's a biggy for me and goes back to your comment about it loading faster.

Much more customizable allowing you to post to any platform that you can train it for using scraepbox (or without scrapebox if you have even the slightest bit of HTML knowledge) which is probably the biggest advantage. You can post to guestbooks and a shitload of other platforms which is a dealbreaker for me.

It's cheaper, which is something that may or may not make a difference to some people. 47$ for a 2 pc license is really not even halfway equal to a night out.

Another thing that some people may or may not see as an advantage of SJ is the fact that it is basically built as a "lite" version of Scrapebox. From a programming aspect the features of it could have easily been added to scrapebox, but they decided to release it as a separate tool - but the statement goes both ways meaning that as far as updates are concerned they can add them on the fly as it is built using a lot of the same logic as their other flagship product. Any of the features that SJ is lacking as of today is more than likey due to the fact that the dev is aiming for simplicity with the program and want to make it as user friendly as possible for the targeted audience.

In any case, NHSEO has a free trial (which is another 1+ in it's favor) so give it a try if you haven't. Both are cool tools IMO so I guess it's whatever floats your boat. For the record, I was one of the people who said that Scrapejet "Blows NHSEO OUT OF THE WATER" and I stand by my statement which is merely a matter of preference and my personal opinion.

Being able to have it post to any platform that you want to just kills anything on the list of comparisons as far as I'm concerned, to someone else it may not matter - for me it's the nail in the coffin though - at least until NHSEO implements something similar which based on this statement

Anything from sweetfunny is must buy, eventough if SJ wont be as good as NHS (i think sweetfunny will make huge updates for SJ, like adding all same features as on NHS but making it better, way the competition works).

Ill just make a few extra points. I removed the keyword/page limit notes from my original post, as the tool clearly stated 3 only I assumed it only accepted 3 pages / keywords.

Trackbacks definitely are NOT useless, they generally have a higher acceptance rate in my experience and generally appear on the same pages as the comments so they are definitely of use. If commenting on different platforms is a bonus for SJ then trackbacks are a definite bonus for NHSEO.

You can change the platforms in NHSEO easily, it comes with 5 for commenting. These are 1 basic WP and 4 that use custom comment plugins that have different benefits over standard WP such as being more likely to result in ******** link, syndication of link through the rest of the blog. All this is compared to 1 WP, 1BE and 1MT for SJ. If I wanted to be really pedantic I could have easily said NHSEO submits links to 7 different platforms compared to SJs 3 but I wanted to keep it impartial.

Endless running absolutely is a bonus, if you enter in some long tail keywords to SJ it will run and then end, with NHSEO it will keep on going until you want it to finish. People throw around the lack of platforms like it is a huge pitfall of NHSEO when in fact adding more platforms would make no difference to the number of backlinks created as it never ends. Do you actually know what SJ is doing? Where does it say what it is doing? There isn't an easy to see log of what is actually happening so it is not possible to see what is going on (could be wrong but I can't find it anywhere).

Endless running is not debatable, NHSEO does not stop running ever. That just isn't really debatable. It definitely does not re-post to the same blogs over and over, if you set the post once per unique domain it will only post to that domain once. When you are running different runs from different files (ala SJ) you cannot be sure that you are not targetting the same blogs, if your keywords are at all similar this will happen with SJ.

You are correct about the DB being a pro to some and a con to others. One of the major pro's with it is that you never have to worry about re-posting to the same blog page or domain (if the option is set). There is a load time penalty due to loading the pages but one a fairly recent machine this is negligible and I am always working to lower this time.

Yes a couple of clicks is nothing... when you have just 1 or 2 profiles. What if you have 50? I know of NHSEO that are running 500+ profiles 24/7, have you any idea how long it would take to do 3 clicks for hundreds of profiles at a time? Even to load 20 profiles would be a pain in the arse. It definitely was not just entered to make the list seme longer. To be honest I could have easily made the list longer but wanted to keep bias and personal opinion out of it so kept it to facts.

If you have a website profile entered it will not only submit the domain to whois websites for quick indexing it will also crawl the website to generate links to inner pages instead of just the homepage. This has the added benefit of increasing rankings for all your inner pages and creating a much more natural linking pattern in the eyes of the search engine. This is one of the reasons people are seeing much better results with NHSEO than other tools that appear to do similar jobs, and also one of the reasons there are few people claiming penalties due to using NHSEO.

I don't know why you would ugh at a bunch of optional settings that can change how the tool runs but I have seen comments about SJ lacking some of these and most have been implemented at the request of users so again I feel it is a very pertinent point to make that NHSEO has these.

Load times are mainly due to the login server and the database, it has nothing to do with .NET. Every user should have .NET 2.0 installed at least so it should be a moot point. I understand for you and possibly some others you would prefer not to use it but it is quite irrelevant to the end user what coding platform it is built on so it will not be put on my comparison list.

Trainable is a bonus, I will concede that happily. I am aiming NHSEO at the users that don't want to have to mess with .txt or third party apps to use. NHSEO is a fully functioning tool that does not need anything else to run or get the best from it. Also from experience guestbooks are only of use to get pages indexed, due to the fact that every guestbook I have ever seen has been heavily spammed I don't feel it is worth adding them to a tool aimed at increasing rankings of websites and pages rather than just getting them indexed. I am going to be looking into this all again since people are going to be talking about it but honestly the only guestbooks I found were massively spammed.

I was aware you were one that claimed SJ to blow NHSEO out of the water but really they are very similar tools and to say one is clearly better than the other is just false. I know you place an emphasis on the different platform support but as I said previously if you are counting commenting platforms separately then NHSEO has 5 over SJs 3, couple that with trackbacks, whois and pinging (not seen any mention of SJ pinging confirmed links) the feature list is still weighted in favour of NHSEO with the exception of being able to teach SJ more platforms.

I am not trying to claim this as NHSEO as blowing Sj out of the water, I am not daft enough to make such a claim. I whole heartedly believe that SJ is missing some really core features and has a lot of functionality missing that makes it a slightly more automated SB rather than a mature and fully featured website/page promotion tool but this is opinion so Im not going to try and push it as if it is fact.

I wouldn't be too sure about no more platforms being added to NHSEO, I have never claimed anything about NHSEO that isn't absolutely true and I have always made sure to be able to backup what I have said. I have always planned to add more platforms to NHSEO but not at the behest of more important features that give total control to the users that require it while still keeping it as the easiest backlinking tool ever created.

I know you would disagree with the statement about platforms not being the highest priority but when each thread is only capable of performing one job at a time posting to a heavily spammed guestbook is using posting time that could be used for posting to a blog that could result in a higher quality link.

I don't want you to see this post as an attack on you at all (or anyone for that matter), I fully accept that your words are opinion and that I am obviously biased. I hope that people can see that what I am saying is verifiable and if stating my opinion I try to explain why I think that way and possibly why others think another way. Hopefully this will cause an update war leading both programmers to improve their products to compete with each other. I have NHS and I can confirm it has been incredible for me and only got better since I purchased it the day it launched. Honestly I've never encountered a bug except for limiting the outbound links which was fixed within 48 hours. It is the best way I've found to build my second tier links 24/7 without so much as a single click after initial setup.

I'll definitely look into the new product as I absolutely love all of the sweetfunny products I have purchased.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by No Hands SEO and I would recommend it to anyone.
