Bought 20 proxies last week, 17 worked I could tell about 10 had already been abused with Twitter seeing as they didn't last long sending only 2-3 Tweets each before being suspended. I PM'ed the vendor about the other 3 proxies that never worked about 5 days ago and have yet to hear from him.

Next time I buy proxies I'll be sure to take quality into consideration before quantity. I don't recommend this vendor.

I will replace any proxies that are not working with twitter or anything if you take the time to PM me about it...
