I think you can use backlinkwatch or seoglass of seo power suite fo link-assistant. It is good to use. Both are free and paid.

Well, for competitors analysis there are many tools available online.
I am using 'Keyword Country', its a great tool for competitors analysis. Its a paid software but you may try with a free trial version.
