Hey guys,

I never create shitlist threads, but Bezopravin has really wasted my time and slowed up the proper launch of the CLP affiliate program.

Profile: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/112987-bezopravin.html

My regular designer wasn't available, and Bezo had created the graphics for the CLP sales thread (took him a few days, but it was a religious holiday for him, so that was fine) so thought I'd use him again.

Sent him $70 ($50 for the work completed, $20 for the banner).

This was two weeks ago:

[04/11/2011 12:41:08] BeZo Pravin D'Souza: Payment Received (Unique Transaction ID #5EJ10608B2005670C)
Can you Please send me the banner content
[04/11/2011 12:41:20] Thomas: yeh im just thinking
[04/11/2011 12:42:07] Thomas: text:
[04/11/2011 12:42:33] Thomas: "Ready to TRIPLE your content locking profits? Click here today!"
[04/11/2011 12:44:27] BeZo Pravin D'Souza: Got it. I'll get back to you with drafts in an hour

Last time I managed to get hold of him:

[09/11/2011 14:10:16] Thomas: hello
[09/11/2011 14:10:29] Thomas: where have you been for the last 5 days?
[09/11/2011 14:11:07] BeZo Pravin D'Souza: Am out of town Thomas. Will send you the files shortly. To be exact, in next few hrs
[09/11/2011 14:12:02] Thomas: if you're out of town, can you tell me in future, as I was told a few hours, not 5 days
[09/11/2011 14:12:54] BeZo Pravin D'Souza: oh sorry for the inconvenience Thomas. I assure that it won't happen like this again
[09/11/2011 14:13:29] Thomas: its fine, just get it to me today please
[09/11/2011 14:13:35] BeZo Pravin D'Souza: Sure

Since then, not a word.

I realise it's only $20, and the money really isn't an issue. It's the principle. If you say you can complete work within an hour, do it in an hour. It was a 10 minute job.

I don't necessarily think he should be banned, just think he should be banned from selling anything on here as he's unreliable and a time waster.

Ok so he's unorganized and quite a noob.. working with people with personalities and characters like that can be annoying.. (I've had my fairshare).

Meathead.. if you ever need any work (graphical) etc done.. let me know bro.. like I am a honest and reliable person.. also I always inform and update people..

MSN: [email protected]

lol.. not trying to hijack this thread but like.. I am just trying to promote the ethical and honest side of my character..

If he has not completed.. (Im assuming your using Paypal), why don't you file a complaint? :batman:

he must have some problem .allow him to be here and answer you

to all members please don't post popcorn pics

To be clear: he completed some graphics for $50 which I then paid for on completion. I also asked for a banner ($20) which I paid upfront (meaning $70 total) so I'm not going to dispute the whole amount.

My issue isn't the cash, it's the principle of not completing work when promised (and lack of communication).

It seems, another reputable bhw member down the drain.

Bezo won't fall like that. months back I sent him a pm that I am ready to invest 1000$ in one of the JV he opened. He replied in hours that spot is filled and also sent a detailed explanation why he is not accepting any more ppl.

Definitely he is not someone who scams for few $$. might be he lacked communication this time with meathead.

Should have given me the job..

But in all seriousness this really sucks. Don't know why people keep ruining their chances at future work.

I understand the point of this thread fully and agree it was definitely a good reason to post it. As a buyer/seller, you can fully make each other aware if there is no time limit, and no rush, but when someone is expecting work done within a certain time period and it doesn't get done, it can really throw a wrench into things and end up costing you a lot of money.

This is a plain and simple thing where Bezopravin was given an out a week ago if he would have just said "Listen, some things came up, can't deliver, I am so sorry, will refund the extra money for this part" but that last message with a guarantee of a few hours for delivery sealed it.

Before you take on any job, you have to know the time frame the buyer is expecting results it. That extra 1 day could mean thousands of dollars for the person you are doing business with and they may rather just pay someone else to finish the job on time. It is much more respectful to ask for an extension to see if that is something that can be granted rather than just delay without stating the reasons for the delay.
